This is achieved through the intentional mentoring that takes place through activities that forge a trusting bond participants are familiar with from their time in the service and providing margin for thoughtful reflection and discussions. It is our goal that the participants leave the Deployment ready to go forth and conquer filled with invincible courage, eternal bonds, and unbreakable connection to God, themselves, and their families.
DEPLOYMENT
While the participant is on the Deployment, we want to honor his family as funds allow because we know they sacrifice so much in order that their husband and father can serve others. The spouses and families behind the front-line workers are true heroes.
3-5 DAYS
Deployments are more intensive in that they are a 3–5-day experience that is an all-expense paid, five-star experience in serene natural surroundings specifically tailored for the participant that allows these men (and their families) the rare opportunity to decompress, rediscover what was lost in the line of duty, and experience the hope they need to go forth and conquer.
