Rod Snyder is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and serves as the independent Board’s financial advisor.  Rod has a passion for supporting men’s ministries, with a focus on helping men connect with God thru in-depth relationships.  He has a spirit of adventure and has coordinated multiple adventure trips (whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing, canoeing, UTV, hunting, etc.) to help men bond thru shared experiences.  Rod joined the Alpha Overwatch Board in 2023 and is board member of Waking the Heart Ministries.   Rod and Charissa Snyder have been married for 27 years and have three children and a granddaughter.
