OUR LOGO

Intentionality is important.

Everything we do has a reason behind it, including every part of our logo, which reflects our mission.

At the core of our symbol is the Greek letter Alpha, representing our dedication to military and first responders, often seen as Alpha males. It also symbolizes Jesus, the ultimate Alpha male, who we strive to emulate. Jesus is not portrayed as weak but as a perfect balance of a lion, fiercely protective, and a lamb, caring and compassionate.

The Greek letter Omega, intertwined with Alpha, signifies our complete commitment to those who attend our Recon gatherings or go on Deployments. Together, Alpha and Omega, the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, represent completeness. We aim to support members of Alpha Overwatch throughout their entire journey, which is where our Guardian program comes in.

The upright sword symbolizes our readiness to engage in the battle against the challenges faced by those on the frontline, including mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual struggles. We are committed to fighting both on behalf of and alongside them.

The wings represent our role as guardians, providing overwatch. In military terms, an overwatch unit observes the terrain ahead from a high position, offering real-time information and support to ground forces, helping ensure everyone returns home safely. In the same way, we stay attuned to cultural and social issues to help those on the frontline be able to go forth and conquer.

THE WAR COUNCIL

Our team is made up of those that have a personal history, connection, or appreciation for those that serve or have served as first responders and military and their families.
